“A baby is a little bit of heaven on earth.” – Author Unknown

Our Infant Classroom provides a warm and loving environment where children can remain safe and healthy, yet free to move around, explore and experiment. Our program is designed to meet the individualized needs of every baby while focusing on their growing interests and abilities. Goals and objectives are set to help the infants learn about themselves and others, about their feelings and emotions, about moving and doing, and acquiring thinking and communication skills. Music, Language, and Literacy, are important parts of our curriculum, with an introduction to Baby Sign. Toddler Classroom

“A child reaches for your hand and touches you heart.” – Author Unknown

Toddlers are busy, busy, busy! They are energy in motion, testing limits as well as patience. Our toddler Classroom promotes positive behavior and stirs the children’s imaginations. It is conducive to building trusting relationships as children learn how to control their behavior and begin self-discipline. Children select activities and materials that interest them, and they learn by being actively involved. Choices of toys and activities are age appropriate and readily available.

Potty training is part of our daily curriculum. When a child is physically, cognitively, and psychologically ready to begin using the toilet, teachers and parents work collaboratively together to help the child master the skill. Children find a great sense of achievement when they gain this special self-control. Click here to learn About Our Staff, Curriculum & Environment at Our Pre School in North Phoenix

Pre-School Classroom

— (Three Year Olds)

“Children are human beings to whom respect is due, superior to us by reason of their innocence and of the greater possibilities of their future.” -Maria Montessori

Our three year old classroom is inspired by Reggio Emilia and Maria Montessori. Children are provided rich opportunities to develop concentration skills, self-discipline, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Math, language and creative skills are introduced in an interactive manner, with emphasis on independence, freedom within limits, and respect for all children.

The curriculum encourages growth and learning in a way that in fun-filled and exciting. The Early Learning Standards: Social-Emotional, Language and Literacy, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Physical Development, Health and Safety, and Fine Arts are integrated throughout the program.

The classroom offers countless opportunities for exploration, experimentation, and expression of new ideas. Children expand their social skills and intellectual abilities, and gain self confidence through activities that promote “practical life” skills. Pre-Kindergarten Classroom

(4 and 5 year olds)

“Children Learn by Doing, and Play Is Their Work” –Author Unknown

The focus of our Pre-Kindergarten program is to prepare children for school readiness. The approach to learning is based on the work of respected child development and early education theorists Piaget, Vygotsky, and Erikson.

Our hands-on curriculum is designed around specific State Early Learning Standards. Children are given the opportunity to acquire the skills they need to become creative problem-solvers, responsible members of our community, and life-long learners. They are allowed to learn at their own pace without frustration or fear of failure.

Teachers respond to the children’s needs, desires, and messages and adapt their responses according to the children’s individual learning styles and individual abilities. They use developmental assessments to identify each. Click here to learn About Our Staff, Curriculum & Environment at Our Pre School in North Phoenix
